I’m not a big fan of juice. I would rather C eat the actual piece of fruit and get the fiber, than just a glass of juice. However, she has had some juice before and asks for it once in awhile. If she asks for juice, I usually give her coconut water. It really isn’t “juice.” It’s full of electrolytes and is naturally sugar free. C loves it. And I actually drank it when I was in labor with her, rather than the normal sports drinks.
